Gryffin Learning Center cultivates joy in the educational journey using a Christ-centered approach that emphasizes seeking truth with wisdom and acting on that truth courageously. Our cottage-style environment supports families and validates their crucial and central role in society.
Secondary Education
Secondary Education
Our secondary education program is held in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The regular schedule includes Math, History, Science, Reading, Writing, and Leadership. We also have a rotation of elective classes such as art, dance, car mechanics, entreprenuership, and cooking among others.
Tuition is $4,000 a year, which includes enrollment in our online learning program, OptioEducation.
Tuition does not include textbooks or the accredited transcript available through OptioEducation.

Shayne Simmons is passionate about inspiring a love of learning through hands-on, engaging education. He has a background in Mathematics Education and World Dance from Brigham Young University (BYU). He has taught and tutored students of all ages and skill levels.

Why a Gryffin?
The mythological griffin is half lion (bringing strength and courage) and half eagle (bringing wisdom). We hope for our students to evaluate information with wisdom to find truth … and then to have the courage and strength to live that truth.
We spell it with a y out of respect for Godric Gryffindor 😉
